Aliniad Consulting Partners
Aliniad specializes in organization development consulting with public and private organizations, focusing especially on vision and strategy development utilizing a highly participatory approach. Aliniad is one of very few firms to have used Council fast-feedback systems for over 12 years.

AmericaSpeaks
AmericaSpeaks serves as a neutral convener of large-scale citizen engagement forums, called “21st Century Town Meetings.” Through close consultation with leaders and decisionmakers, citizens, and the media, AmericaSpeaks designs and facilitates deliberative meetings for 500 to 5,000 participants to influence public decisions. CoVision has been a core member of the AmericaSpeaks' team since 1997. We regard this work of re-engaging the citizen’s voice as vitally important in our culture.

Askus (Sweden)
Askus consults with the largest Swedish and Nordic-based organizations on visioning, strategy, brand focusing, and business turnaround projects. CoVision’s partnership with Askus began in 1997. Since then Askus has run hundreds of meetings utilizing Council™ and has fine-tuned their “series meetings” design which vastly expands high-level input to strategy formulation processes.

Business for Social Responsibility
BSR is a global organization that helps member companies achieve success in ways that respect ethical values, people, communities and the environment. BSR provides information, tools, training and advisory services to make corporate social responsibility an integral part of business operations and strategies. Recently, BSR co-designed the new Multi-Stakeholder Dialogue Process with CoVision and The Grove Consultants International.

Community At Work
Community At Work helps clients create a collaborative process design and then facilitates the involved parties to think together in search of innovative, inclusive solutions that will lead to sustainable agreements. The long collegial connection between Community At Work and CoVision was bolstered in 1996 with the publication of Facilitator's Guide to Participatory Decision-Making – a work by a community (of co-authors): Sam Kaner, Lenny Lind, Catherine Toldi, Sarah Fisk, and Duane Berger. The powerful Council process step, “Gradients of Agreement”, came from this book.

As a worldwide membership organization, GBN engages in a collaborative exploration of the future, discovering the frontiers of knowledge and creating innovative tools for strategic action. GBN's services are designed to enhance both the competitive and adaptive capacity of organizations through the WorldView membership program, and scenario and strategy consulting. CoVision has supported GBN’s Annual Forum and numerous other large client meetings in which their scenario work intersects with strategic decision-making.

Research to Practice
RTP is a medical education company based in Miami, specializing in physician and allied health professional education. Comprised primarily of experienced clinicians, physicians, PhDs, nurses and pharmacists, RTP brings a unique perspective and an unmatched knowledge base to its many initiatives and programs. Since 2003, CoVision has supplied our Council™ system to make RTP’s Cancer Update Series meetings exceptionally valuable for researchers and physicians alike.

WholeSystem is an organization development consultancy to both public and private organization clients. CoVision has managed several cross-organization online surveys for Consulting Works – all of which enjoyed high levels of participation.

Cook Ross
Cook Ross consults with clients on issues of diversity, leadership, and organizational development. It is a transformational business committed to providing inventive products, consulting, and training services that inspire the development of successful and healthy individuals, organizations, and communities. Cook Ross uses CoVision’s WebCouncil survey tools to strengthen their extensive needs analysis phase.

Aspire Consulting
Aspire helps clients turn vision into reality, through leadership development – by helping clients define the leadership capabilities needed to successfully execute their strategy, and by designing and implementing development solutions that build the required capabilities. CoVision has supported Aspire’s online focus groups, online surveys, and more recently an interactive case study exercise – provided during an annual top-team meeting of one of our largest banks.

Dannemiller-Tyson Associates
DTA developed the Whole-Scale™ methodology for use in strategic planning, work design, re-engineering, training and culture change efforts. DTA plans and facilitates large Whole-Scale™ meetings as a key link in any significant change process. CoVision’s Council™ fast-feedback system has integrated seamlessly with DTA’s approach in large client meetings. We have supported DTA’s frequent consultant training workshops with online surveys before the group arrives.

GEO Group Strategic Services
GEO Group helps leaders build the strategy, focus and speed they need to succeed in this era of continuing uncertainty and unrelenting change. For over a decade, GEO Group has foretold and lead the way with new management practices – especially ones that leverage available and emerging communication technologies. CoVision collaborated with GEO to build the most extensive, ready-to-go, online strategic planning and collaboration center. Clients have used the GEO Collaboration Center online and in meetings alike.

Global Visions
Global Visions provides organization development consulting, especially in situations where clients are undergoing significant technological change in their operations (or need recovery from it). PeopleSoft™ installations frequently require this kind of people-centered approach, together with a clear eye on business outcomes. CoVision supports these projects with online collaboration centers, online surveys, and Council™ in-meeting fast-feedback systems.

The Grove Consultants International
The Grove specializes in visual change techniques that help organizations see solutions more quickly, find common ground and move to sustained action. The Grove Consultants and designers guide clients with storymapping, facilitation and coaching, teach their visual methodology, and provide tools for clients to do it themselves. CoVision not only shared office space with The Grove for seven years, but has continued to co-evolve our text-based feedback systems with their graphics and symbols based systems – a powerful combination when taken together. Recently, The Grove co-designed the new Multi-Stakeholder Dialogue Process with CoVision and BSR (see above).

Institute for Conservation Leadership
The ICL empowers leaders with training and build volunteer institutions that protect and conserve the Earth's environment. They do this by helping leaders lead better, building connections between groups with similar goals, and supporting groups' progress with fundraising, board development, and other activities. CoVision has enabled ICL to maximize client involvement through online processes leading up to (and through) important issue-oriented summit meetings.

Oxford Leadership Academy (U.K.)
OLA provides global leadership services in the form of executive development, management consulting, research and surveys, and facilitation and Council™ support for meetings and events. As one of the most focused, heartful and fearless of consultants that CoVision has supported, Brian Bacon accidentally saw our meeting services in operation and immediately put them to work at the center of a worldwide post-merger integration project. Since then we have collaborated on myriad projects, both face-to-face and online.

The Ronin Group
The Ronin Group is an organization development consulting firm, specializing in helping executive teams improve the execution of their business strategy. Their action research methodology involves enhancing collaboration in both face-to-face meetings and over the internet. Ronin’s Rob McNeil, an early adopter of CoVision’s services, has come up with one of the more engaging metaphors for an online collaboration center: a beehive, or “hive” for short. He’s the beekeeper and trains internals and participants alike to mind the hive (of critical path activities, initiatives and milestones). We continue to learn from each other, as on day one of our long collaboration.

University Consulting & Training Services
UCTS is an organization development consulting group affiliated with the University of Maryland, Baltimore. They assist clients in the higher education, research, medical and non-profit sectors to define strategy, facilitate change, develop leaders and enhance organizational performance.
