| One client, a global consumer packaged goods company, launched a series of surveys in support of a year long organization redesign process.
The first survey focused on readiness for change and baseline metrics. All 6,600 employees were invited to the survey; one-third responded (excellent).
Subsequent surveys were launched at 3 and 6 months into the change effort, tracking key success indicators. For each one, a random group of 300 employees were invited to respond.
A final survey is planned at the 10 month point, by which time most of the organization will have completed the reorganization. In this way, the client can demonstrate with some certainty how the organization has navigated the difficult change effort.
